At Litrohub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, we offer returns in accordance with the terms outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition. The item is returned in original packaging with all accessories. The return request is made within 14 days of delivery, Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Installed or used products, Clearance or final sale items, Custom or special-order items, Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, Provide clear photos or videos of the damage and packaging. Approved damage claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us through the Contact Us page Provide your order number and reason for return, Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect, Original shipping charges are non-refundable


7. Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method Processing time may take 5–10 business days after receipt


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
